Pamela A. Jones
Senior Vice President, Human Resources Director
Pam joined Orange Bank & Trust in 1991 as Human Resources Supervisor, overseeing the Human Resources area. In 1996, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President, and in March 2002 was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and was given the additional responsibility of the Training and Development department.
Pam works closely with the Compensation Committee of the Board and leads the strategic direction of the Human Resource team. In recognition of her impact on both fronts, she was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2020.
In addition, Pam has been the Marlboro Middle School PTA President and Marlboro High School PTA Treasurer, from 2015 – present, as well as the Middle Hope Ladies Auxiliary Secretary from 2019– present.
Pam has an undergraduate degree in Business, from Marist College, Poughkeepsie. She has obtained her Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Marist College in 1998.
