On November 17, 2022, Orange County Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock of $0.23 per share. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of December 2, 2022 and is expected to be paid on December 15, 2022. A press release announcing the declaration of the cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Orange County Bancorp, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend
Middletown, NY – On November 17, 2022, the Board of Directors of Orange County Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of Orange Bank & Trust Company and Hudson Valley Investment Advisors, Inc., declared a $0.23 cash dividend per share of its common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 15, 2022 to shareholders of record on December 2, 2022.
