Michael Gilfeather

Mr. Gilfeather has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank since April 2014 and a Director since 2014. He brings over 35 years of experience to his leadership position. Mr. Gilfeather also serves as a director of Hudson Valley Investment Advisors. Prior to joining Orange County Bancorp, he served as Chief Administrative Officer at Hudson Valley Bank, where he was directly responsible for the branch network, training and development, human resources and the trust department. Before working with Hudson Valley Bank, Mr. Gilfeather was with The Bank of New York for 20 years, where he was the Senior Manager for all retail banking in Manhattan. Mr. Gilfeather has an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Union College. Mr. Gilfeather is the Chairman of the Board of the Orange County Partnership and the Vice Chairman of the New York Bankers Association.

Michael Coulter

Mr. Coulter joined the Bank in April 2017 as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer and was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer in February 2019. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Coulter served as Executive Vice President of Metropolitan Bank in Manhattan. Prior to Metropolitan, Mr. Coulter held progressively more senior positions at BBVA Compass Bank, Sun National Bank, Citizens, and Key Bank —all in the greater New York City and Hudson Valley markets. He has over 35 years of experience in banking. Mr. Coulter has a degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York Orange and also attended the State University of New York at New Paltz.

David Dineen

  • Senior Vice President, Director of Wealth Services

Dineen serves as division head for Private Banking, with the Trust Services department reporting to him directly. He is also the Managing Sales Executive responsible for Orange Wealth Management and will manage referrals between Hudson Valley Investment Advisors and the Bank.

Dineen has over 35 years of banking industry experience, including positions with The Bank of New York, Commerce Bank, and North Fork Bank. He most recently served as SVP, Market Manager at Republic Bank, where he was responsible for treasury management, lending, and establishment of their Private Banking group. Dineen previously served as Executive Vice President, Community Banking Officer at Bankwell Financial, where he was part of the executive team responsible for 12 branch offices, training, deposit operations and treasury management.

Prior to Bankwell, Dineen spent 10 years at Capital One Bank as Executive Vice President, serving in a variety of roles including branch and small business banking for the NY and CT markets. The position included oversight responsibility for 287 branches with $24B in deposits. Following Capital One's acquisition of Chevy Chase Bank, Dineen was promoted to Market President with responsibility for Private Banking and Not-For-Profit business for the Mid Atlantic Market.

Dineen graduated from Saint Joseph's College with a B.A., Business Administration.

Elizabeth Jones

Ms. Jones joined Orange Bank & Trust in 2016 as 1st Vice President, Director of Branch and Deposit Operations. In 2018, she was given the responsibility of Loan Operations, and in 2021, she was promoted to Director of Operations, adding responsibility for the Bank’s IT Department.

Jones oversees all bank and loan operations. Working with the entire Orange Bank team, this includes ongoing efforts to leverage the Company’s unique structure and product offerings in support of client needs, as well as oversight of the Compliance, Audit, and IT departments and Facilities. 

Prior to joining Orange Bank & Trust, Jones worked at Sterling National Bank, where she served in various roles during her 20-year tenure, most recently as 1st Vice President, Sales and Service Administration.

Michael Lesler

Mr. Lesler was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 2023. He was previously the Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company and the Bank beginning in December 2021. Mr. Lesler has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for BCB Bancorp, Inc. from 2018 to 2021 and prior to that, he served in the same position at Clifton Bancorp, Inc. from 2016 to 2018. He also held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and President and Chief Executive Officer at Bank of New Jersey where he served for 11 years. Mr. Lesler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Rutgers University and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Age 52.

Mike Listner

Mr. Listner has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank since March 2020. He previously served as 1st Vice President and Senior Credit Officer when he was hired by the Bank in 2018. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Listner previously served as a Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager at Sun National Bank from 2011 to 2014 and then again from 2016 to 2018. He was Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager with BBVA from 2015 to 2016. Prior to his roles in the banking industry, Mr. Listner was an Associate Director with Standard & Poor’s, covering structured finance products and both investment grade and high yield corporates. Mr. Listner holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science with dual majors in Finance and Economics from Villanova University.

Anthony Pili

Anthony Pili is currently an SVP at Orange Country based Orange Bank & Trust company overseeing Cash Management, Marketing and Product Development. With assets of $2.4 Billion, the Bank has 15 offices and covers the Counties of Westchester, Rockland, Orange and the Bronx Borough. He joined Orange Bank & Trust in 2018 and has nearly 20 years of experience in community banking.

Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Pili served as a Senior Vice President at Greater Hudson Bank, where he ran the Westchester County market while serving as Director of Strategic planning, overseeing their cash management, marketing, renewable energy lending and SBA programs. In addition, Mr. Pili held Marketing, Sales, Product, Lending and Strategy positions at both Union State Bank and Hudson Valley Bank.

He is a winner of the Rockland County 40 under 40 award, Fairfield County Milli Award and two time Westchester County 40 under 40 finalist. He holds a bachelors in finance and economics from Pace University, an MBA in Financial Management from Iona College and a Post Masters in marketing from Fordham University. He was also Director of the Westchester Bankers Association, Habitat for Humanity of Rockland and the United Way of Rockland and holds the ABA’s Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation.

Steven Rooney

Mr. Rooney joined the Bank in August 2022 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Rooney has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Rooney served as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Unity Bank from 2014 – 2022. Prior to Unity Bank, Mr. Rooney held progressively more senior positions at Sun National Bank, Standard & Poor’s and Philadelphia National Bank. Mr. Rooney has a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business and a Business Administration degree in Finance / Humanities from Providence College. Age 60.

Joseph A. Ruhl

  • Executive Vice President, Regional President of Westchester County

Mr. Ruhl joined the Bank in January 2015 to lead the commercial business expansion into Westchester County, and serves as Executive Vice President and Regional President for Westchester. He spent the first part of his career as a practicing attorney until joining Hudson Valley Bank over 20 years ago as First Senior Vice President and Division Executive in charge of its Legal Services Division. Mr. Ruhl has a Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University. Mr. Ruhl currently serves as the President of the Board of the St. Philip the Apostle Foundation, a Board member of the Westchester County Bar Foundation, an Advisory Board member of the paralegal program at Mercy College, the Secretary of the Italian American Forum, and a member of the Parks and Recreation Board of the Village of Pleasantville. Mr. Ruhl is also the Co-Chair of the newly formed Program for Legal Advocacy, a strategic partnership between the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and the courts of the Ninth Judicial District.

Greg Sousa

Greg joined Orange Bank & Trust in 2015 as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager developing deposit and lending businesses as the Bank built out its Rockland and Westchester markets. In 2017, he was promoted to 1st Vice President and given the added responsibility of leading business development efforts for all Orange and Rockland branches. In recognition of his impact on both fronts, he was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2018, adding responsibility for Marketing and Product Development initiatives to his portfolio. In 2020, Greg was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Banking Officer.

Prior to joining Orange Bank & Trust, Greg worked at Hudson Valley Bank where he served as Senior Vice President and Branch Administrator responsible for branch business development and oversight of the branch network. Greg was recognized as one of Rockland County’s “Forty Under 40”, is a graduate of Leadership Rockland, and received his bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University. Additionally, Greg completed studies at the American Bankers Association Wharton/Stonier Graduate School of Banking in 2015.

Redwan Ahmed

Redwan Ahmed is a technology industry expert with more than 20 years’ experience advising some of the nation’s largest financial institutions. Over the course of his career, he’s held leadership roles at Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, TD, Accenture and Ernst & Young, where he’s built and led high-performing teams at each organization. Most recently, he was Director of IT at Kearny Bank where he was responsible for all aspects of the existing IT infrastructure and designing and implementing a cloud migration strategy. He has a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Fordham University.
